Steve helped us to sell my in-laws house after their passing. That was 4 years ago and the house sold in a weekend with 2 offers. So when my uncle passed away we contacted him. I mentioned that since the house was not of a high value that maybe he would have someone in his office to help us. Steve said he would personally be with us every step of the way.
