She began her real estate career in April 2004 as a single agent but in June 2011 it was time for a change and the team was born. Connie brings her experience, knowledge and spirit of mentorship to the table. She believes in supporting and employing others to have a better life, more time with their family and the ability to balance both. Connie feels that continued growth is rooted in continued education. Designations and training are of the utmost importance.
