Although I have been a licensed Realtor since 1988, I have been more specifically involved in working with distressed homeowners in the listing and selling of short sales since 1993. I have worked with more than 50 lending institutions, valuation and default servicers, and asset management companies to provide Broker Price Opinions (BPOs), and property inspections, and to assist homeowners who are experiencing financial hardship and delinquent on paying their mortgages. In addition, I have obtained the necessary training, education, and credentials as Certified Distressed Property Expert, Loss Mitigation Consultant (LMC), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, and REO Default Certified Professional. Also, I am recognized as having excellent skills in administration, management, and organization.
