Betsy came as a recommendation through my Mom, who had recently found a rental through her and had glowing recommendations. I called Betsy as a first time home-buyer and she was very patient with me as i navigated an experience that was new to me. We saw 3 or 4 properties (some through Zoom, as i was out of town) and we found "the one" i was really interested in. We initially lost the bid to a cash buyer but the contract fell out; Betsy was on-top of the negotiations and prepared me to make a best and final. We won the bid war and I am writing this review from the island at my new condo. Thank you Betsy!

We are so thankful to Betsy for selling our Germantown, MD condo in record speed. We live in Oregon, and had been renting out our condo for over 5 years. Our tenant's lease ended on June 15th, and we decided to put the condo on the market. The condo needed to be spruced up before going on the market Betsy quickly arranged the painting, cleaning, and some needed repair/maintenance work. The condo was listed on July 3rd, we had 5 offers by July 6th, and the offer we accepted had a final closing date of July 21st! Betsy made the selling of our condo seamless from 3,000 miles away. We greatly appreciate Betsys knowledge of the area and the market, and her ability to arrange the needed condo work quickly and at a great price.

We loved working with Betsy! Her real estate experience was top notch allowing her to easily guide us through the process. She's a timely and thorough communicator. We spoke with her on a regular basis and she always kept us up to date on where things stood. Whenever we had a question on something she either had the answer or she went to someone who did and got back to us in a timely manner. She's very well connected to resources needed when you're getting ready to sell your home, i.e. painters, mold specialists, etc. and she also has connections with places to donate furniture and help with moving. I think that her strongest skill set though is her negotiation skills. We listed our house early in the pandemic and received an offer in 10 days. Betsy was instrumental in helping us negotiate a fair price, working through the home inspection and bringing the deal to a smooth close. We highly recommend working with her!

Betsy was very professional, hard-working and a good communicator. She had great suggestions for getting our home ready and those made a big difference while selling. She worked hard when things got a bit difficult in the negotiation phase, but in the end we got over our list price and are very happy with the whole process.
