JoAnn Brandt has made me re-evaluate my opinion of real estate persons. She worked through vacation days and dinner plans to make our experience stress-free with a consistently helpful attitude. Most importantly, her ethical standards are superior. Both as a buyer and seller, I knew every detail would be handled in a fair-minded way for all parties. I know most homes are not sold in two days (although she sold ours that quickly), but I know the main reason our home sold quickly, at our price, was because JoAnn suggested a fair market price, marketed and photographed professionally, then went out of her way to show the house for a competitor.
