My husband and I just purchased our first home through The Jacobs Group. Paula was so great to work with. She was always so responsive to me, no matter how early in the morning or late at night. If I wanted to see a house, she made it happen ASAP. She was so good with our baby and we saw her so often that we joked our baby would think that Paula was her aunt. I feel like we built a real relationship with her and Ill always remember that when thinking about our familys first home. The rest of the team was awesome as well. Bridgette really knows what shes doing and she even helped us find a great lender with a better interest rate than our bank, who we had planned to use. Shannon was great on our closing day and helped keep our baby occupied when we were at the title company. We met Jay once and he was so nice.
