She is so responsive that will contact you even while on vacation. Talking about customer service! I'm a first buyer and I thought the process was going to be long and painful, but it was the complete opposite, it was painless and when I least expected she notified me that we were ready to close. I was amazed. Didn't have problems with paperwork since she helped me in such a detailed way that everything was crystal clear. Working with her was the best experience ever, I would recommend her any time. Professional, trustworthy,organized, just a few words to be able to describe her. I'm glad I was able to work with her, and hopefully will do it again.
