Awesome experience! Meeting Ms. India Hall for the first time I felt comfortable that possibly she could be the right fit for our home search. Unlike previous realtors who failed to follow up with inquiries or home tours, Ms. Hall exhibited professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness. At the height of Coronavirus (COVID19) she provided home tours through video conferencing allowing viewing from the safety of our home. Throughout the buying process she displayed excellent customer service and patience in satisfying our mortgage concerns and desires. At no time did we feel pressured to make hasty or uncertain decisions. We were well informed via email, text and frequent phone calls.
