John helped my sister purchase her first home a couple years ago, and she recommended reaching out to him when it came time for my husband and I to start looking for our first home. In the end, John's great communication skills were the reason we were able to beat out many others in this crazy competitive market. I could go on and on, but here's the highlights: -EASY to work with - John wants to get you what you're looking for. -KNOWLEDGEABLE - John knows more than I would have expected. If there is such thing as a seamless home selling experience, John Young provided it. I hired him to handle the selling of my parents home after they both passed last year. I had interviewed some potential agents who all seemed like they would be perfectly fine but after I met with John, I knew he was the one. His no-nonsense approach was exactly what I was looking for. Every piece of information he provided was spot on. After seeing the property he created a list of everything that needed to be replaced or repaired in order to ensure the most competitive price. That being thorough enough for my satisfaction, he took the EXTRA step of arranging the needed repairs and improvements.
