Overjoyed does not begin to express how pleased I am with the work Jan did for us. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding everything "Real Estate" from local property values and Maryland real estate and tax laws. But what makes her exceptional was how she went above and beyond for us. . Not only did she check in on the property, she made sure it was completely show ready with each appointment since we weren't there to do it. she has a great group of repair people and lawn maintenance people who all came through for me when I needed inspection issues resolved, carpet and painting done, etc. she also weeded and laid mulch when she saw it was needed, and in the middle of Covid, went into the house and thoroughly cleaned the sub-floors before the new carpet was installed. These are things that I've never dreamed someone would do and I'm sure made my house extremely marketable. If you are looking for someone to truly care about your home, Jan is the agent for you
