The Atwood Team is on the ball and they are the ones you want working on your sale or purchase. Tom handled the sale of our condo and Mary handled the hunt for another place, but they were obviously in tune with the status of either place because I could talk to either of them on each. They have an entire team that takes care of the specialty areas in the business side of real estate so things happen pretty efficiently. Tom is very good at handling sensitive interactions with finicky buyers, and Mary is always on top of every little detail and will take action on your behalf. When I described what we had in mind in a new place, Tom really had a handle on what we were looking for right from the start and related that understanding to Mary very well. The entire Atwood team did a fantastic job of co-coordinating 2 settlements in one day all the while working with the lender and the other buyer and seller.

The Atwood team, Phillip Atwood led the charge and was able to sell our home within (22) days after listing. We had been listed for 1 year with our previous agent who was not able to sell our home or even receive any offers. The Atwood team consistently kept us informed, provided constant updates. In addition, Phillip held a virtual open house which proved to be highly effective, eventually resulting in an offer. Phillip was able to negotiate an acceptable offer, that was agreeable to both sellers and buyers. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the Atwood Teams performance.
