John did a really nice job helping us navigate the process of buying our first Maine camp. Buying a house on a lake can be sometimes challenging but being a fellow camp owner, he was able to offer insights that helped us make good decisions and get to closing in a relatively short amount of time.

John worked very hard for us from beginning to end (5 months). He went as far as to try to find rentals for us when our first offer fell through. He never put pressure on us to make a decision and went above and beyond to give us all of the information that he could about each property. He spent a lot of time on the phone with us going above and beyond to answer all of our questions. We will definitely work with John again.

John helped to find us the perfect house in Maine! We were not from the area and relied on him a lot to guide us through the purchase process in a crazy sellers' market. When it came time to negotiate for our new home, he was excellent and thought of things we never would have. I am so happy that we bought our home through him. He is a great communicator and even sought out expert knowledge from a state authority for us to help with a property question. A+++++

John was absolutely amazing! He did a great job walking us through the process of both buying our new house and selling our old one. He also accurately priced our old house...we had offers within 2 days of posting and we accepted an offer within 7 days. John also did some additional little things you don't see much anymore, including purchasing a new "welcome to our home" picture for our new house.
