WHEN I STARTED WORKING FOR BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY HOMESERVICES 12 YEARS AGO I WAS WORKING FULL TIME. DURING THIS TIME I HAVE HELPED MANY BUYERS AND SELLERS ACHIEVE THEIR REAL ESTATE GOALS. HAVING AN ACCOUNTING DEGREE, I WAS ABLE TO APPLY A FORMULA TO HELP A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER ARRIVE AT A SALE PRICE FOR HIS BUSINESS. USING THIS FORMULA HELPED EXPEDITE THE SALE.
FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS I HAVE BEEN WORKING AS AN ED TECH IN AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. I WAS ASSIGNED TO HELP A STUDENT WITH AUTISM. AFTER RESEARCHING INFORMATION ABOUT AUTISM, I WAS ABLE TO HELP THIS STUDENT MAXIMIZE ON HIS ABILITIES.
AT THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR I WAS OFFERED THE OFFERED THE OFFICE MANAGER’S POSITION IN THE WATERVILLE OFFICE. I DECIDED I WANTED A NEW CHALLENGE SO ACCEPTED THE POSITION. THIS MEANT THAT I HAD TO WORK FULL TIME AS A REALTOR.
