Cheri Schulz

I enjoy meeting people and working with them to find the perfect piece of real estate; whether that be a home, vacant land, waterfront escape, commercial or recreational property. I'm a lifelong SW Michigan resident, and love all that it offers. Graduated from Plainwell High School and WMU. I worked 18 years in advertising/marketing at the Kalamazoo Gazette. I've been married since 1988 to Steve, we have four daughters, three grandchildren. My daughter, Hannah, joined me in 2019 to form Team Schulz - a great real estate Team! I love all that I'm blessed with - healthy family, 80 acres of woods to explore and raise our Belgian horses, small lake cottage, fresh eggs from our chickens and sharing it all with family and friends. I have always worked hard and have achieved the status of the top 5-10% in real estate sales in the area. With that has come a vast knowledge of real estate to assist my buyers and sellers in their purchase or sale, while assuring a smooth, easy transaction.
