Peter Nemish

Born and raised in the Detroit area in Southfield, Mi... I graduated from Southfield High School. Moved to the Cadillac area in l975 and opened Pete's Place (party store & gas station.) After owning the business for 13 years I decided to pursue another career and sold the business and started building custom homes. While I was a builder I became involved in Real Estate on a part time basis. After 10 years as a builder, I decided to pursue Real Estate full time and phased out of the building industry. I have been married to my wife Debbie for 29 years and have one son P.J.  I feel the Lord has given each of us unique talents and means by which to serve Him.  I have chosen to use my God given talents to serve Him by treating all people with honesty and integrity.   COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT Attend  the Northland Community Church Trustee for Sherman Township Board - Osceola County Member of the Planning Commission for Sherman Township Office Manager / Associate Broker

I understand all sides of Real Estate, including  residential, commercial, vacant land and vacation properties. I believe in educating buyers & sellers with as much information as possible and taking the 'no pressure' approach!
