Peggy did a great job helping me sell my parents condo. Our situation could have been a problem my parents are elderly and werent able to actively participate in the sale, and I live out of state. Peggy stepped in numerous times to fill the gap - coordinating with the cleaners, hiring and overseeing the painters and carpet cleaner, checking on the progress of the estate sale company, getting rid of trash from last-minute repairs, and arranging for a professional photographer to take photos that showed off the strengths of the condo and its neighborhood. Her efforts really paid off - we got two solid offers after only two weeks, and after accepting the better one, Peggy advocated for us with the buyers real estate agent to reach a reasonable agreement about requested repairs.
