I have now used Laura to both buy and sell and have had an amazing experience. She's always been very quick to return calls/texts and emails. While I was looking to buy, it was during the housing rush throughout COVID as well and she was extremely flexible with times/days to see houses and walk through them. As a first-time home buyer, I was very nervous about the entire process. I also was working with a very complicated 1st time homebuyer program with A LOT of red tape. Laura Poletti went above and beyond helping me narrow down the type of home and location while helping me navigate a lot of red tape. The program at times felt impossible to navigate but Laura asked the right questions and was always 2 steps ahead. Laura also provided several resources that allowed me to make informed decisions. She listened to my needs vs. wants in a home and was able to find me everything that I needed and wanted in a home. I am forever grateful of the amount of time and dedication that Laura took to make this happen for me and my son. Not only am I closer to family but I have the perfect home!
