We truly appreciated that Cheryl was willing to go the extra mile and use FaceTime to show us multiple homes in that area. Cheryl was able to help us make a competitive offer on a home and ultimately a final purchase price. With her expertise and contacts with other professionals, we were able to determine that some issues with the home were reasonably repairable and were not deal breakers. Our experience with Cheryl was great and we would retain her services again if we were ever to buy or sell a home again.
