David Ruwe

With a combined experience of 37 years in the real estate industry, Dave & Stacey Ruwe are both real estate brokers, instructors for new agents and serve on or chair committees for their board of realtors, and pride themselves on keeping up-to-date on all education as it relates to real estate going beyond the minimum necessary to retain their licenses. They have both been honored with the Realtor of the Year award in recent years (chosen out of 1,200 agents in their market for this distinction). A portion of all of their commissions is donated to local charities. They specialize in residential real estate but also have experience with commercial. As a team, we function differently than most. We make sure that every client knows both of us and feels comfortable reaching out to either of us at any time. We both keep up-to-date on every transaction to make sure the client is always covered.
