Sean was Awsome to deal with in my purchase. My purchase was tangled with a few deed issues requiring ex wife's signatures but Sean kept me informed and pushed the powers to be to get the deal done ! Highly recommend him and will call him if I ever decide to sell. We didn't need to negotiate so can't really rate him on that , I'm sure he is fully competent by the way he handled my situation.
