We called Cathy because we saw a sign with her contact info and 3 years later... we bought a house in New Buffalo. So, obviously, she's patient! She's very knowledgeable about the SW Michigan area due to the number of years she's been a local realtor and she also lives in the area. She's a great listener, cares about your needs/wants and is very easy-going... no pressure selling or leading you down a path that's outside of your specific parameters.

If you want to sell your house in the most expeditious amount of time, I would most definitely call Cathy Smith. She did a walk through our two (2) houses to be sold and she made suggestions.
