Troy Seyfert

I became a realtor in 2017 because I love serving people. I started the Capital Area Real Estate Specialists in 2020 with my business partner, Chad Dutcher (who has 20 years of real estate experience) My family is also very important to me. I've been married to my wife, Kristin, since 2005 and have 2 children (Traven and Karissa). In my free time, I enjoy being with my family, going on an annual Disney vacation, singing at my church and local sporting events, cheering on the Eagles and the Phillies, and hanging out with my friends. Troy got an endorsement by Dave Ramsey in 2021 as a Ramsey Trusted Pro and also received the honor of being one of Re/Max's Top 40 under 40 in 2022. Having a heart for people is what I live by and I want people to see that I serve my clients with honesty and integrity. I love to keep in contact with my past and current clients and hold annual client appreciation events to keep in contact.
