Hannah is THE best! We just moved to the area and needed guidance. Hannah knows Traverse City and the market like the back of her hand PLUS she has a construction background! She was able help us find potential future concerns and negotiate a better price. We felt like we were family and finding the right house was just as important to her as it was for us. Not to mention she's fun to work with! This was not our first home buying experience, but it was our first with Hannah and we are so fortunate to have had her by our side! We highly recommend her and would use her again in a heartbeat (if she didn't already find us our dream home.)

Hannah helped us tremendously in our efforts to buy a condo in Traverse City. She was patient during the search process and always on top of what was on the market.
