I've been assisting buyers and sellers of real estate since 2003. I live in Hutchinson and service an area of approximately one hour any direction. I work heavily with lakeshore and resort properties, land and investments. Over the years I have worked with many bank owned properties, assisting the asset managers and borrowers thru the foreclosure process to successful transition to new ownership. Residing in the rural area, my properties often include wells and septic systems. This is an area I feel very comfortable with, including recommendations for vendors and overseeing projects. I have a small team to assist as needed, including a vendor manager/bookkeeper and myself. I have a referral partner for when times get busy, assuring buyers needs are met.
