I recently purchased my second home, and Chad was by far the best broker/realtor I've worked with. He made the entire process easy, and helped me negotiate the price, as well as getting repairs done before the sale. He worked day and night, and even stayed for the full house inspection when I wasn't able to make it. I will definitely work with him again on my next purchase or sale.
