We met Sean and Blanca through a social group, and when we decided to buy a house, we immediately thought of the nice people we had met before. Sean and Blanca met with us and described their real estate sales process, and how they can help us every step of the way. Soon, we started taking tours of houses, and decided to make an offer on a house in Maple Grove. They talked us through the approximate values of things, and gave their advice on the offer price. Our offer was accepted, and then Sean and Blanca dealt with a lot of the daily sales negotiations on our behalf. Saving us money for this and that, we were able get things fixed on the house prior to moving in. After closing, Sean and Blanca didn't disappear either, they continue to offer home owner workshops and are actively interested in how we are settling into our house. They are great, and we highly recommend them.
