Eric, Just a note of appreciation. You have provided guidance and service of a level that I have never experienced in my over forty years of real estate investment. From the beginning, it has been like we have a friend in the business and now I find that I do.

I recently was the Mortgage Banker on a mortgage loan for one of Eric Kodners buyers. Once again, Eric provided a level of professionalism seldom witnessed in the real estate industry through his ability to understand, relate to and foresee his clients needs. Eric, Thanks for taking care of our friends Christian and Beth. I understand you found a buyer for their Saint Paul home and also found them a new home in the north Metro area. I have spoken with both of them and theyre very excited to be in their new home!
