We were first time home buyers and there is no one I would have rather gone through this process with than Lori. She was so incredibly understanding and was able to explain the process to us and put us at ease. Lots of information. Use of trailer for moving. Helped supply a handyman. Explained the process of every step of selling extremely well.super positive attitude and always willing to answer any questions to complete satisfaction. I would recommend Lori and her team to anyone they were amazing.

Often her team assisted me not necessarily her. Requires a one year long contract. Recommended a flooring company that was a problem. Originally was not going to do any open houses. Underpricing both initially in the “as is” phase and later in the after remodeling phase. Took 3.2 % for her costs.
