Nancy Costanzo

Nancy epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Nancy grew up in a rural community in Nebraska and started her strong work ethic at a young age, working for the area farmers in the summer. She has continued to her loyal, energetic, personable approach to her successful real estate career. She has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, and investors, in both the residential and commercial market. Nancy serves on the St. Cloud Area Association of Realtors board. She enjoys volunteering at the local Salvation Army, American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, as well as supporting charities such as Pregnancy Resource Center, Patriot Outreach-supporting all military service men, women, and veterans. Nancy uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. She is diligent to initiate communication in every detail of the transaction.
