My husband and I were on a tight time constraint to buy and move. Christy and Bill made everything so easy and fun even though we were at the start of the pandemic shutdown. We love our new home and are extremely grateful for our very professional team.

We have used the COOPER REALTY group for two house sales in the past 10 years. Bill is AWESOME. His down to earth manner and his honesty in each transaction was a great source of comfort especially knowing that he had our back! One house was a tough sell (busy street and a December listing) but he got it sold! This second house was much more unique (Mid century modern) and needed a unique buyer but he got that house sold in the first weekend for more than we asked. I am not sure how he does it, but I trusted him to get it doneand he did! He is as honest as they come and he was my steady rock when emotions can be high. Thank you Bill!

Bill and Carol are fantastic to work with. They always had our best interest at heart and made the buying/selling process very easy. We've worked with them twice already and plan to do so in the future.
