Mike is extremely knowledgeable and my "go to" for all things real estate related. I have completed multiple transactions over the last six years with Mike and I would not use anyone else.

I have worked with Mike for the past eight years to by two homes for my family along with two rental investment properties. We were wanting to sell our land and house in Missouri so we could move to be near our daughter in Pennsylvania. We met with Mike and I immediately felt he was the one I could trust to get the job done! He was very knowledgeable , and very truthful and helped us realize what had to be done and what the best price for our property would be. We had 80 acres with a house and decided to split ip up into three sections. We proceed immediately with the paperwork and a few days Later it was a Friday Mike put the signs up and put it on line the next day (Saturday) Sunday we sold the house and another plot of land... I would recommend Mike for any kind of realistate, large or small. He is the best always honest, truthful and always available to you To answer questions or help you thru the processes. He is number one in my book and should be the First Realtor you should call !!!!

Mike has worked hard on our behalf. It is easy to contact him, and he is always happy to talk with us. He is a good listener and was able to help us see what it was that we really wanted in a house. His experience in construction and the residential housing field make him a more well rounded realtor especially with new construction and renovations.

Mike was knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. He or his associate held open houses about every other weekend (usually on a Sunday). Mike had good insight on what corrections, updates, or improvements needed to be made in order for the property to be appealing to buyers.
