I LOVE where I live and thoroughly enjoy helping other people achieve their goals of owning property here at the Lake of the Ozarks. Moved here in 1999 by myself and have learned quite a bit. Donna K. Joerling, is the owner and broker of The Joerling Group real estate company which opened in 2000. Donna was born and raised in Hermann, Mo. Being raised on a farm, the youngest of six she learned work ethics by working alongside her family in their animal and crop farm operation from sunrise to sunset. Donna worked all four years of high school for the local prosecuting attorney and learned vast amounts of information in Probate and Estate planning in that role. Shortly after high school,Donna began her banking and finance career at Peoples Savings Bank of Rhineland as the administrative assistant to the President of the bank. She managed the lending program. Wanting to increase her career skills, Donna moved with her son Christopher to Washington, Mo where she worked for Mercantile Bank 7 years in town, and then transferred to their downtown St.Louis headquarters. 25 years in banking and financial experience proves invaluable clients in their real estate sales & purchases.

Got my license early 2018, bought the office the beginning of 2019, became the Designated Broker early 2020, joined Weichert, Realtors beginning of 2021, served as our board Vice President 2022 and became the President of the Lake of the Ozarks Board of Realtors 2023. Leadership Academy Missouri Realtors 2023, Honors Society, sits on the board of directors for the Community Foundation of the Lake and still an active agent and community champion for the communities surrounding the Lake of the Ozarks.
