Kathleen and Ann of the Cullen Team helped us move back home to MO after living four years in TX. As we were still out of state during the home search, they did a great job finding us listings and then were incredibly accessible and helpful during a whirlwind five days when we traveled up from TX to look at houses. They were able to get us into every property we wished to see and provided some great insights and feedback on the various homes - including things we might not have otherwise noticed ourselves. They were very responsive and on top of everything during the purchase of the house and when some unexpected issues arose on closing day, worked very hard to get everything resolved so we could close on schedule. In addition, Kathleen and Ann are both very friendly, were good with our kids as we toured the houses and never made us feel rushed. We love our home and appreciate all their hard work getting us here!
