I was very lucky I came across Amy in my home search. She was immediately on the job and on point, giving me her 'real estate 101' speech and explaining things to me throughout the entire process. I had a limited budget and she found the perfect home that would work for me. The team she called in for the home inspection was awesome and great to explain each thing they found that needed fixing. Amy used that information to negotiate a great price for me. Amy is so personable, knows her stuff and helped me find my new home within a week of meeting her.
