My husband and I would make a list of about 10 houses we would want to see when traveling to the area we were looking at, Joy would put them in order for best traveling time, then my husband and I would go look at the houses first to eliminate any we didn't like from the outside or access to. This helped tremendously and kept us on track with limited time as we could only look on the weekends. Joy kept in touch with us regularly and responded to our inquiries without delay.
