Pierre Heidrich

This was our second time to work with Pierre. He worked for us on the purchase of our home last year and again on the recent sale of our home. Our only complaint about him is that he sets the bar too high for other Realtors.

I knew from the first meeting with Pierre Heidrich that when I went back to Illinois he would be able to sell the home in Kansas. The meeting went smoothly and all details of selling the home were explained very well. Pierre Heidrich made sure that I was well informed of all details throughout the sale of the home by email or telephone. If I had any questions he responded same day. Always polite and returned my calls promptly. Very satisfied with Pierre Heidrich, office staff and Alpha Title. Could not believe how smoothly the sale of the home went with me living out of state. I never once was worried that the home would not sell. Best thing was I did not have to make the 5 1/2 hour drive to sign anything. Thanks to technology I was able to take care of all transaction details from my home computer (Illinois). Amazing!!!! I highly recommend Pierre Heidrich.

Pierre was direct, honest, and confident. And without his knowledge and expertise we may have found ourselves spending a lot of time and money that was not necessarily needed.
