The home buying process is very stressful, especially when it is the first time you are buying a home. There was also a big challenge that we had to face, which was a language barrier between my parents and her. My parents' English is not the best, so I, their son, was the one that had to interpret for them. Luan was always very patient, very informative, and never hesitated to let us know that we could ask her any questions. This was all new to us, and I can guarantee we asked the same questions at least 10 times and she never seemed annoyed or bothered. She was always happy to answer all of our questions, no matter how many times we asked. When I was worried about something, I would just text or call her and she would always calm us down. She was not pushy, and she would always make sure to let us know she would go as far into negotiations as we wanted her to. She wanted to make sure we were happy and satisfied.
