Susie and her team were amazing during my home buying process. 1) I was out of state transfer from Texas to Missouri. 2) She was easily available to reach by phone, text or email 7 days a week. 3) She set me up to receive daily communications on homes that fit my families criteria. Which made searching easy b/c I was still working. 4) Once I was in Missouri she was available to show me homes and put in offers. It took me 9 weeks to finally find a home, have an accepted offer and close. Susie was there every step of the way. (PS I think we looked at 60+homes and had put in 5 offers by the end of the 9 weeks). 5) She refereed me to the loan officer/mortgage company that she knew would get us approved and through underwriting fast. 6) The home we ended up closing on was just perfect for us.
