After my father passed away in February, we had the responsibility of selling my parents home. A colleague pointed me to Adam Graddy and his team. Fortunately, one of his teammates is a good friend, Melinda Love. We were so fortunate to have them working alongside us with critical details from the first walk-through to contacts with consignment businesses to closing it out on June 5th. I sold a 10+ acre parcel using Adam Graddy and his team. I have used Graddy Real Estate in the past relative to home sales and wondered if the experience would be as good when it just involved a parcel of open land with a potential sale price of only $50K. Event though the effort to sell this property was as equal to or greater than selling homes or other improved property where potential commissions are so much more, Adam and his team treated this effort just as professionally and with as much effort as he has with other properties with far greater commissions. I am extremely happy with all my experiences with Adam and his team regarding the focus, time and communication they apply to their listings regardless of the fee level it will generate to them. These people are amazing! I would definitely recommend this team of highly trained, highly experienced, and friendly people to help you through your buy/selling needs! We had lots of ups and down dealing with horribly greedy buyers that we ended up having to move on from them while still having a VERY SHORT deadline to sell to find a new buyer and still sell within closing times of our new beautiful forever home they found for us, but they were able to get it done!!! Sold our house, bought a new one and closed on the same day!
