I want to share with you what an outstanding and amazing job Karen Van Sickle did during the sale of my home. Karen went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the house closed on time with numerous obstacles in the way. Karen posted our home for sale early July 2022, we received an offer immediately with one week closing. I live in California and my husband was going through serious health issues and could not drive. She drove my husband to get his initial signatures, then she brought the title company notary with her for the closing documents. I cannot express in words how kind, caring and professional Karen was during out home sale. I would recommend Karen to everyone because she is a living Angel.

With genuine kindness and encouragement, she attended to all the details related to selling our lovely home as fast as possible. Karen held an open house almost every weekend over the summer to help us sell the property quickly. We updated the description and a couple of other things based on her suggestions. Karen even hand-made sandwiches for a realtor showing! Needless to say, it was a mutual celebration when the house sold right before we moved. We highly recommend Karen for your real estate needs.
