Pam is The Best! I reached out to Pam about 1 year ago because I was moving to STL and considering purchasing a condo instead of renting (I'm not into packing/moving/etc). Pam was quick to respond and schedule the showings I was interested in. For each home, as we toured, Pam would point out anything concerning or anything that was a re-sell gem. And she would always say the list price and what she would offer (either list price if she thought it was worth that, or a lower offer if she thought they had overvalued the home). I knew that Pam's professional-yet-down-to-earth style was just right for me. When I was ready to kick off the 2nd round of searching, Pam was right there to guide me through the process. Every step has been wonderful working with Pam. She is very upfront and genuine (she will tell you the truth!) and is also a great resource (I asked a million questions and she answered each one without making me feel bad for asking them). I highly recommend Pam!
