My wife and I recently worked directly with Chris and Maryanne Richards of the Richards Property Team. As a business owner, my time and availability is limited. A knowledgeable realtor and great to work with. Very positive!! She saw my house before I did needed repairs and staging and encouraged me that my home would sell. After hard work on my part, the home sold in one day. Could not have been more pleased. She was willing to be available for inspections so I did not have to miss work. Also, she made sure the pics of my home were professional quality!!!
