She impressed me with her knowledge of the market (++), knowing and being committed to obtaining the value of the property (++), and helping to guide us as sellers when to pass on offers that did not meet cost, or when potential buyers weren't credible. She did a great job with marketing the property (++pictures/++drone shots), and helped to quickly resolve some of the minor issues that arise throughout the closing process. Worth noting that she was always available!! Highly recommend!
