Let me just say that I worked with two agents prior to Mrs. Waker. I thought I was being difficult, I just kept thinking that a house is a major purchase, am I wrong that I want to like it!? Someone mentioned Theresa so I gave her a call. And y'all. She ACTUALLY LISTENED to me. I was in no hurry so I was very comfortable waiting for the right home to come along.
