Hal Schuelke

I have lived in the Kenilworth neighborhood of Asheville since 2004 (now in my fourth house in the same neighborhood), and am proud to be raising two boys. I have been helping folks buy and sell homes and land in Asheville and the surrounding areas since 2007, and also specialize in investment properties, speculative building, land/lot acquisition, subdivision and development. I have a trusted network of contractors, attorneys and other service providers, as well as a thorough understanding of the City of Ashevilles planning and development rules and processes. These relationships help me to give my clients the best information to work with in order to achieve their goals, whatever they might be. I work with everyone from first-time home buyers to savvy investors and would love to help you! When I am not working, I like to spend my time with with my family, hiking, snowboarding, cooking, listening to records, enjoying live music and playing guitar and drums.
