I own a home in Weaverville but live out of state. Luckily, I got Stacy Brown on the phone when I called. I interviewed 3 different realtors and Stacy was very personable, thorough and knowledgeable. I decided to go with her because I knew I could talk to her as needed and being out of state that was really important. She thought I should list the house for more than the other realtors which was a plus but wasn't my deciding factor. She was very deligent and helped me get my house in shape to sell. The house had an offer on it within 5 days, therefore I feel she is extremely accurate in pricing. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! She has been there for me every step of the way. I highly recommend Stacy. I've worked with other realtors in the past and I have to say that Stacy far exceeds anyone I've ever worked with. She is my favorite realtor.
