Susan Young was so great to work with. She was very honest when she felt a property was not up to par or not what we should purchase. She was so helpful with zoning questions and the intricacies of the entire process. I can't imagine navigating it without her. I had not sold a house in over 20 years. I had my real estate license years ago, and I knew enough to know I NEVER wanted to try and sell it myself. A good agent is worth the price you pay and Susan is absolutely the best. I did a search of top agents in town, and her name came up along with others. While others started calling incessantly, Susan simply sent an extremely thorough, intelligent and well worded email listing what she does, without hype and inflated promises. She came out, gave us some advice, and when we were ready to list she was there every step of the way. We had an offer in 5 days and was under contract in 7. Susan negotiated us through the offer and through many tense days to closing. At the same time we were also buying a new home in a different state, and I cant tell you how many times my husband and I said I wish Susan was our buyers agent as well! She was an absolute gem to work with, and we highly recommend letting her list and sell your home.
