I am a former realtor so I tried to sell my house for a couple of months on my own and totally wasted my time. Once I found Michele, she was one of the hardest working agents I've ever met, she helped me figure out exactly how to make my house look its best then flooded me with real buyers, not just "tire kickers". She was always available and lives locally and she is not afraid to get her hands dirty, literally she started digging moss out of my walkway the first time I met her

We have bought and sold houses, condos, vacation clubs, townhouses and businesses and recently had the most outstanding experience with -- Michele McCubbins -- when purchasing a mountain house. She worked with us on and off over a year, in our second visit showing us 16 houses over two days, patient and very sweet with my elderly mother tagging along. She is communicative, detailed oriented, upbeat, dedicated, professional, transparent, and has a positive "can do" attitude that we couldn't have appreciated more! Her follow up regarding help in identifying key resources and companies was invaluable. We can't thank her enough and recommend her along with her entire office team!

Once we bid on something, she guided us through the each step and was always prompt with responses. Michele came on board very quickly once we contacted her. She made excellent suggestions and was continuous with e-mails & texting. She was a big help in determining the dollar amount to request for our home. Once information was available to the public, our home was under contract within a week and then the close out paperwork proceeded promptly and accurately. The original close out date was achieved just as planned. Michele is professional, but a friend also. I highly recommend her as a Realtor for the Boone, NC area.

Michele worked with my Mom to purchase a property in the High Country a few years ago, so when my wife and I decided to start looking, we knew Michele was the person to call.
