She understood the types of homes that I was looking for and showed me several that were within my price range. Leslie helped us purchase our first home in Boone, NC, and was an absolute dream to work with. She was SO PATIENT with us first-timer home buyers, answering all of our questions graciously, no matter how basic. She was also incredibly generous with her time, showing us lots of different sorts of places when we really didn't have an idea of what we were looking for, what the local market was like, etc. We were struck by her honest assessments of houses we viewed, and really appreciated how much she seemed to be on our side, rather than simply interested in making a sale. Leslie is an excellent realtor and provides superior service whether you are a first time home buyer on a budget of $100,000, like us, or buying your second home with a budget way above that. We would come up for a day and she would schedule us so that we could see multiple houses each time and make the most of each trip up. In total, she showed us probably close to 30 houses before we found the one that became ours. She was excellent at guiding us through every step of the process including making our offer, inspection, and closing. Being first time home buyers we had tons of questions along the way but she was never irritated by our long emails asking them and normally responded the same business day too. She even went above and beyond to help entertain our 2-year-old son as we looked at each house. She provided us superior service for sure and has even become a dear friend of ours. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the High Country of NC.
