Best agent ever! My husband and I listed our two homes for sale, and had multiple offers. But when we still couldnt get how much money we wanted for them, we turned to Isaac. Over $150,000 MORE than we wanted in less than a day!!! We told him to list it, and within 12 hours he had professional photos and drone photos taken and it was active online the next morning. BOTH houses sold for over $150,000 more than we were looking at selling by ourselves. Once we agreed to terms with two different buyers, Isaac continued to use his expertise in negotiating and finding unique solutions to problems that presented themselves. Since we lived three hours away, Isaac was on the ground and present at home inspections, appraisals, and scheduled contractors to give us quotes on repairs we needed to fix. I cant recommend him enough. We will use Isaac for everything we do in the future!

We also sincerely appreciated him showing us issues that are often covered up in some homes when upgrades are made without the help of professionals. We were very pleased with the professionalism and services offered by Isaac. We looked at many homes and made several offers. Isaac stayed positive throughout the process and guided us towards finding our home. He coordinated the logistics for many of the service professionals that inspected the home for us. He stocked the fridge with food and drinks for us so when we got there the first day after a long drive from Florida we had refreshments that evening and some food for the morning. Throughout the process he offered honest assessment of each of the homes we looked at.
